Click It Before You Cruise

Our number one tip to Moke safety? Always remember to put your seatbelt on! It doesn’t matter if you’re taking a quick trip down to the neighbor's house or going around the golf course. The driver and passenger should always be secured with the seatbelts your eMoke provides during any road excursion.

Five’s A Crowd

Now that we’re on the topic of passengers, our other tip for Moke safety is following the rules when it comes to the maximum number of passengers. Just remember that the maximum limit is a law, not a suggestion. Whether you have standard or bench seating, there is only room for four passengers, so do not attempt to fit a fifth!

Make Time for Maintenance

The eMoke may be labeled as a golf cart, but it still classifies as a vehicle nonetheless. Just like any other vehicle, it requires maintenance and checkups from time to time. Make sure you’re always checking the battery, tires, steering wheel, and brakes to ensure they are operating properly for optimal Moke safety.

Moke Safety Tips

Beware the Speed Limit

The eMoke is a low-speed vehicle (LSV), meaning it is not exactly considered a speed demon on the road. With that being said, you should always keep the speed limit in mind. Even though it is an LSV, some neighborhoods can have a posted speed limit of 15 MPH or less. You should also keep in mind the speed limit of every road since the eMoke is only street-legal on roads with a speed limit of 35 MPH or less, so do not veer off onto the highway or any other high-speed roads.

Keep Track of the Terrain

The eMoke is tough, but it can only handle certain terrains and inclines. Remain aware of your surroundings and try to avoid any steep slopes, rough roads, or driving in inclement weather for ultimate Moke safety.
